Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using Tragent. They are intentionally plain-English and focused on the current product.

Using Tragent

You may use Tragent to manage trade enquiries, organise jobs, draft replies, and connect supported email accounts. You are responsible for the information you enter, the accounts you connect, and the messages you choose to send.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Tragent. If you use Tragent for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business. Keep access to your phone number and connected accounts secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Try It Live demo

The Try It Live page lets you submit a test enquiry and view a generated demo reply directly on the page. It does not email the reply or connect to your inbox. Demo replies are for product evaluation only and may not reflect the exact reply your business would send in production.

AI-generated drafts

Tragent may generate suggested replies or summaries using AI. These are drafts, not professional advice. You should review every draft before sending it to a customer.

Connected accounts

If you connect Gmail or Microsoft Outlook, you confirm that you have permission to connect that account and process the customer enquiries inside it. You can disconnect a connected account from the app at any time.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. The app shows the price, billing period and any introductory free-trial period before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.

A subscription automatically renews for the same billing period unless you cancel it through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial converts to the selected paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can view, change or cancel your subscription in your Apple subscription settings.

Deleting your Tragent account or removing the app does not cancel an App Store subscription. Refund requests and Apple-controlled payment records are handled by Apple under its policies, without limiting any rights you have under applicable law. If Apple records a refund, revocation or expiry, paid Tragent access may end immediately or at the end of the applicable paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tragent to send spam, unlawful content, abusive messages, or anything that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to access another user's account or misuse the service.

Availability

Tragent is still evolving. We aim to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.

Account deletion and termination

You may delete your Tragent account from Settings in the app. Deletion is irreversible and removes access to the account while the deletion process described in our Privacy Policy completes. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Tragent, its users or third parties, or where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tragent is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed jobs, or customer disputes arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your mandatory consumer rights.
